At the moment, we only support PayPal, but we’ll be adding more payment options in the future.

 If an error occurs while using a credit card to check out, you can go back and place the order again, and then cancel the order that was not successfully paid. You can contact your credit card company to confirm that your credit card is in good standing. If you have not tried it many times, please contact us for assistance.

Every customer who has paid the order will be notified of the payment result via email (please make sure your email is a valid one), we usually notify you of the payment result within 24 hours after you pay. If your payment is successful, we will let you know the handling and shipping days; if the payment is failed, we will let you know the reason and assist you to take actions to make your payment proceed.

At our shop, every order is shipped with strict quality control and manually reviews at each step of packaging whereas customer’s database is kept with world top security. Therefore you can be sure of your purchase from the step of logging into your account until your package delivers at your doorstep.

If you did not purchase packing video, your package usually ships within 3 days.

If you purchased packing video, your package usually ships within 6 days.

Special holidays may cause a delay of a few days.

Our packages usually arrive within 10 business days after shipping. In cases of extreme weather or special holidays, delivery may be delayed by a few days.

Also, delivery tends to be faster in well-connected areas, while remote locations may take longer.

If your package is held at customs, we will pick up the package from there. We will send you new products as soon as possible! however, this is a very rare case.

Once your package is shipped, we’ll automatically send you an email with the tracking information.
